Fr. 37a - 1917 $1 Legal Tender Reversed Signatures

This is one of the Friedberg numbers that has been a stumbling block to many large size one dollar denomination collections. The signatures of Elliott and Burke are reversed, thus making this variety many multiples rarer than any other 1917 $1 legal tender.
