There are only 15 small notes known to exist with this title. Of the 200 or so small size notes known to exist on the charter, this is the only serial number one example. This was obviously proudly framed at some point, so there are a couple of surface issues that can readily be seen in the scans. Otherwise just a single center fold is noted.
