An exceptionally cool item that is making its first appearance on the market today. Of course any large uncut pair from Wisconsin is rare. But certainly do not overlook the wild fancy blue signature of the cashier. Interestingly enough, later issues show the same banker signing as president. Obviously at the time this pair was issued he believed in signing for the job you want, not the job you have.
