Philadelphia, PA - Ch. 557 - Original Series $1 First Charter

This Philly ace just about jumps out of the holder it is so fresh. I have never before noticed such contrast between dark black inks, white paper, and red seals. This is by no means a common note either. The discovery here makes just a dozen known for the charter.
