Plaza, ND - Ch. 9689 - 1902 $10 Plain Back

The only time a blue seal from Plaza has sold at auction, it went for $18,400. Now that was a #1 in a VF net holder, but it was from the same bank. The note offered here should be much more palatable for the town collector. This example must have been framed at some point, because the back has lost a little bit of paper and left a minor hole to the left of McKinley's shoulder.
