Appleton, MN - Ch. 8813 - 1902 $20 Plain Back

This is a really scarce blue seal. A $20 in very similar condition brought $6,900 as part of the Melamed auction in 2010. There were just three blue seals known when it sold. This is the only new addition to the census and the first chance to acquire a large note from this town since then.
