If you keep up with early Philippine banknotes then you will know that this example is par for course. It didn't scan well, but the color and wear are very typical for this issue. It is on the low end of the VF spectrum, but still very acceptable for the grade. These are scarce notes that are usually only available once or twice a year at most.
