Fr. 841a - 1914 $5 Federal Reserve Note Kansas City Red Seal

I love low serial number red seals on 1914 FRNs. They are scarce, but most districts, for whatever reason, seem to have a few two digit survivors. These were of course the first currency issued by the newly established Federal Reserve Banks, so it isn't unreasonable to think a few proud banking officials tucked them away. However, the serial number data suggests that large runs of low numbers weren't saved. So it might be a while before another one from Kansas City is available.
