Bermuda 30th September 1927 10 Shillings (P4)

This is likely our favorite world note in tonight's offering. The colors on this King George V 1927 ten shillings note are amazing. Sometimes it is tough to believe that these were issued over eighty years ago. PCGS calls this an XF 45 with the premium paper quality designation and we couldn't agree more. We have scoured auction records to try an find an example superior to this one and we can't find any better. In today's market for rare, colorful, and important banknotes, we would not be surprised to see the estimate get topped here.
